An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Manager based at Eglinton House, Ailsa Hospital.

What you will do:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual with Business Management experience and strong leadership skills to join the Nurse Directorate within NHS Ayrshire and Arran.
As lead for Corporate Governance for the Nurse Directorate, you will ensure robust management of governance arrangements through close and effective working relationships with our Senior Management Team and continued development and improvement of directorate governance systems. The post holder will build and maintain robust systems and processes, and lead on the effective delivery of Nurse Directorate Business functions including meeting structures, strategic planning cycles, performance management, financial planning, administration, Staff Governance, Corporate Records Management, Risk Management and Resilience/Business Continuity.
