Job Description:

Mode is proud to be partnered with a prestigious luxury fragrance brand seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead its boutique within an iconic London department store. This role offers the opportunity to manage a sophisticated retail space, delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and brand growth.

As Business Manager, you will oversee daily operations, nurture a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional luxury shopping environment. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, executing brand strategies, and maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales & KPI Management – Drive and exceed sales targets, customer engagement, and key performance metrics.
  2. Luxury Customer Experience – Deliver world-class service and build lasting relationships with clientele.
  3. Team Leadership – Inspire, train, and develop a strong team to embody the brand’s values.
  4. Retail Operations – Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to enhance the store experience.
  5. Brand Execution – Implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and in-store events to elevate brand presence.

  1. A luxury retail expert with experience managing a high-end concession or boutique.
  2. A proven leader with a strong track record in driving sales and exceeding KPIs.
  3. Passionate about fragrance, beauty, and luxury customer experiences.
