Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Business Manager to lead the LBTY team in Liberty’s London flagship. Launching at the end of 2023 LBTY has already become one our highest-ranking brands and we are looking for a dynamic and driven leader to elevate customer experience, drive sales performance, coach and develop our team of brand consultants and take on an active role in brand development. Candidates should have proven leadership, coaching and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute an agile business plan to achieve sales goals. Identify opportunities and implement strategies to maximise sales growth.
  • Build strong client relationships and implement plans to increase customer recruitment and loyalty though the Liberty loyalty CRM programme.
  • Accelerate the LBTY services program and achieve booking targets.
  • Work interdepartmentally to implement cross category awareness initiatives.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met at each customer touchpoint throughout the store.
  • Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock takes and ensuring stock management processes are in place.
  • Lead and inspire LBTY team, monitor performance through coaching, regular 1:1s and implementing development plans.
  • Conduct regular training sessions with teams and key stake holders.
  • Consolidate consumer insights and feedback on new product development.
  • Suggest and spearhead impactful customer eventing and gifting initiatives.
  • Act as brand ambassador at the highest level with exceptional brand knowledge and presentation in line with LBTY brand image.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid background of working within luxury fragrance and an exceptional knowledge of fragrance and fragrance brands. You will also possess:
