As Business Manager for Key Accounts & Ireland North & South territory, your role will be to manage relevant dealers in both markets, work with the NSM to identify high volume potential sales, and develop bespoke dealer development plans for each dealer. These plans will include brand sales development activities, product and soft skills training, and ensuring that dealers agree to and implement the development plans.

Your Impact:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the local sales team, manage the sales budget, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers nationwide.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the agricultural business and ability to travel within the territory.
  • Valid driver's license for car and tractor, with a strong understanding of agricultural practices and machinery.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with marketing and other departments.
  • Proactive, customer-centric approach, with proficiency in negotiating deals and contracts to maximize sales and profitability.
