This role sits within the Business Management function for Homes. The team is responsible for the oversight of Platform Performance, Strategy, Finance, Resource and Risk.

Qualifications
  • An Analytical approach. Strong experience of Microsoft Excel. Working with data across a range of applications, Excel, Power BI
  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment with a hardworking and dynamic team
  • Adaptive to change, able to quickly grasp new ideas and the impacts on local processes
  • Have ability to use own judgement and tenacity to drive work forward with minimal issues
  • Influence positively - demonstrating Group values and behaviours and encouraging this in team members
  • Experience of building strong, trusting relationships and be energised by interacting with people - coaching and supportive in their approach
  • Agile/Platform Change Framework (PCF) and platform workings is beneficial but not necessary
