Since I, Eesaa, was 16 years old, I’ve been running my own e-commerce business, selling sporting goods and gym equipment nationwide within the UK. Despite having no prior experience, I’ve faced many challenges and obstacles, yet I’ve persevered. I’ve managed every department of this business, which has made it difficult to grow effectively and manage my education simultaneously. Currently, I physically hold the stock displayed on my website, but I’ve faced challenges in selling it to build the capital needed for growth. As a student, balancing this business and my career targets has been tough, which is why I am seeking assistance.

I am looking to create a long-term relationship with a professional business manager who understands the ecommerce industry and is ready to take initiative. The goal is to help turn this startup around and set it up for success. The initial plan is to shift from holding physical stock to a dropshipping model, utilizing this approach to make the business more effective. I need someone to set up a wholesale dropshipping store, select high-quality products, and ensure excellent shipping and customer service.

The target market is the United Kingdom, but I am open to discussing the most effective approach. I already have a marketing specialist, and as my business manager, I want you to collaborate closely with him to optimize marketing strategies. I seek someone willing to grow with the business long-term and proactively take action.
