Pay Range £34,750 - £43,000
Working Hours/Pattern: Full-time, although we would be happy to consider applicants who are looking to work on a part time basis. The Business Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a team of Progression Coaches to support caseloads of unemployed job seekers with intensive personal support, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to performance targets. This role will require you to oversee daily operations, manage team development, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to maximise support and employment opportunities.
