  • Dynamic leadership and team development skills.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance may be required.
  • Full UK driving licence desirable.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* 3+ years' experience in senior hospitality or entertainment management
* Proven ability to deliver strong financial results (turnover £1M+)
* Dynamic leadership and team development skills
* Level 3+ food hygiene (within last 3 years) and relevant qualification or experience
* Advanced Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Enhanced DBS clearance (may be required)
* Full UK driving licence (desirable)
* A proactive learner, passionate about trends and innovation
