Job Description

At L&G, our Corporate Affairs function brings together external communications, employee engagement, brand, sustainability, social media and public affairs. We're looking for a proactive and organised Business Manager to join our team and help drive transformation, financial planning and operational excellence across the function. This is a great opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and purpose-led organisation, supporting impactful projects and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the project management of strategic workstreams across Corporate Affairs
  • Managing financial planning and budget tracking to drive cost efficiency
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Enabling compliance with governance, procurement, finance and risk procedures
  • Sharing knowledge and ideas to improve performance and governance
  • Coordinating project planning, scheduling and reporting activities
  • Managing risks and resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensuring communications meet regulatory standards and are clear, fair and compliant
Qualifications
