Overview

Your role

Your leadership will ensure customers enjoy positive, memorable experiences every time they visit our site or interact with your sales team. You will report directly to the General Sales Manager and take an active role in all aspects of sales negotiations, including part-exchange valuations, special discounts, and discussions surrounding the full range of finance and insurance solutions. You will also coach and mentor the Sales Executives.

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Oversee sales negotiations, valuations, discounts, and financial/insurance solutions.
  • Coach, develop and mentor Sales Executives to achieve performance goals.
