Job Description:

The role:

Playing a vital role, you’ll take ownership of the Clarins business to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example, providing excellent customer service at all times.

What you’ll do:

  1. Effectively business plan the team resource to deliver top customer service and meet business needs.
  2. Focus on maximizing opportunities through brand events, new launches, and promotions.
  3. Ensure accurate stock and sales levels are maintained; have awareness of store and department performance related to Clarins.
  4. Establish professional relationships with team members to support their development.

You are:

  1. Passionate about skincare and beauty.
  2. A confident and articulate communicator.
  3. Customer-focused and results-oriented.
  4. Looking forward to new challenges.

You have:

  1. At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in beauty or retail.
  2. Significant experience in a beauty retail or spa environment.
  3. Proven ability to coach and motivate a team.
  4. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
