The role:

Playing a vital role, you'll take ownership of the Clarins business to grow and develop the account and team. You will lead by example, providing excellent customer service at all times.

What you'll do:
  1. Effectively business plan the team resource to deliver top levels of customer service to meet the needs of the business.
  2. Focus on maximising opportunities through brand eventing, new launches, and promotions.
  3. Ensure accurate stock and sales levels are maintained, with overall awareness of competitive, department, and store performance in relation to Clarins.
  4. Establish professional relationships with each team member to support their development.
You are:
  • Passionate about skincare and beauty
  • A confident and articulate communicator
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented
  • Genuinely eager for new challenges
You have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role, ideally in beauty or retail
  • Significant experience in a beauty retail or spa environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
