As a Park's Motor Group Business Manager, you will receive:

The right person will be required to:

  • Facilitate the sale of finance and insurance products
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Meet or speak with customers to qualify their needs and present suitable product solutions, including Demands and Needs Statements
  • Present additional insurance products where appropriate
  • Monitor department performance and achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with TCF objectives and processes
  • Maintain and develop good customer relationships
  • Manage customer problems and complaints effectively
  • Collect relevant Management Information
  • Follow all company policies and observe financial crime prevention measures
  • Complete all relevant training
  • Report to the General Manager, Group Business Manager, and Sales Director
