Retail / Business Manager Duties

• Assist customers in finding the right finance package to suit their needs. Collaborate closely with Sales Executives and the Sales Manager, demonstrating strong F&I knowledge to support the department.
• Operate within a high volume, fast-moving used car sales environment in Milton Keynes.
• Sell finance, insurance products, and additional services.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company guidelines.
• Match customers’ needs to suitable finance sources.

Retail / Business Manager Requirements

• Previous Retail / Business Manager experience is preferred, but highly experienced Car Sales Executives or Sales Controllers may be considered.
• Highly self-motivated, career-focused, and eager to earn.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willing to work weekends, with limited Sundays.
