Used Car Business Manager

Evans Halshaw

Location: Vauxhall, Falkirk

Salary: £26,000 basic salary with OTE £60,000, plus company car, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals, and aftersales services.

As a Business Manager with us, you will be instrumental in driving Finance and Insurance opportunities while focusing on achieving outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive your sales team to optimise every Finance and Insurance opportunity
• Identify customer wants and needs, building rapport to retain their loyalty
• Manage enquiry processes, supporting and motivating your team to convert prospects into customers
• Work under pressure, set targets, and monitor performance against budgets
• Address shortfalls with your team and Sales Manager
• Provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and coaching
