About the role

Sytner Warrington is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.

As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of all sales enquiries and will develop the sales team. Your role is to ensure that every customer understands their obligations clearly, with integrity and by treating customers fairly.

Sytner Business Managers work flexible schedules, which can include weekends, to provide the highest levels of customer service.

About you

If you are a high-achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with a solid financial and commercial understanding, we want to hear from you.

You should have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead and inspire colleagues to exceed their potential, and drive the performance of finance and add-on sales.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal goals.

Applicants should have automotive Sales Executive experience as a minimum requirement.
