We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team here at Vertu Hyundai Exeter!

Role Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by building and presenting deals following customer qualification.
- Ensure compliance with all financial and insurance product regulations, providing accurate information.
- Support the delivery of the Group's ActiveSales process and drive departmental performance to meet targets.
- Engage in first and second-facing customer activities, supporting sales of new and used vehicles, along with add-on products, finance, paint protection, warranties, and insurances.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a business or sales management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Full and valid UK Driving Licence.
