We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join the team here at Vertu Hyundai Exeter!

Role Responsibilities
  1. Support the sales team by building and presenting deals following customer qualification.
  2. Ensure compliance with all financial and insurance product regulations, providing accurate information.
  3. Support the delivery of the Group's ActiveSales process and drive departmental performance to meet targets.
  4. Engage in first and second-facing customer activities, supporting sales of new and used vehicles, along with add-on products, finance, paint protection, warranties, and insurances.
  5. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in a business or sales management role, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Full and valid UK Driving Licence.
