Join Our Team as a Business Manager!

Are you ready to make a real difference in the charity sector? We're on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Business Manager to join our vibrant team! Position: Business Manager
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Thursday, Fridays off!)
Salary: 29,000 - 38,000 pro rata



What Will You Be Doing?

As our Business Manager, you will wear many hats and take on a variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Coordinating small projects that enhance our services and community engagement.
  • Overseeing health and safety protocols within the building and ensuring compliance.
  • Arranging classes and activities in collaboration with local councils.
  • Line managing reception staff and cleaners, ensuring high standards of operation.
  • Conducting health and safety checks, such as fire alarms and emergency lighting.
  • Liaising with our IT provider to maintain efficient office functions.
  • Managing office equipment, including photocopiers and printers.
  • Recording and logging training sessions and volunteer hours.
  • Creating a welcoming environment for our volunteers, recognising their contributions and anniversaries.
  • Addressing general enquiries and managing office logistics with flair!
