About the role

Leicester Audi is currently recruiting for a Business Manager to join their growing team.

As a Sytner Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department. You will be at the core of all sales enquiries and will develop the sales team. Your role is to ensure that every customer understands their obligations, doing so with integrity and fairness.

Sytner Business Managers work flexible patterns, often including weekends, to provide the highest levels of service to customers.

About you

If you are an experienced Sales Executive, Sales Controller, or Business Manager with a solid financial and commercial understanding, we would love to hear from you.

You should have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead and inspire colleagues to exceed their potential, and drive the finance and add-on performance forward.

Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.

Please note that automotive Sales Executive experience is required as a threshold qualification for this role.
