Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: Mon-Fri: 8.45am - 6.30pm (one set day off through week)
Sat: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Sun: 11.00am - 3.00pm (every other Sunday off)

Salary: Up To £55,000pa Including OTE

Our Business Managers are the driving force behind the success of our sales team. They play an essential role within the dealership, from coaching and development to assisting management in planning and forecasting trends. They act as role models for customer service excellence, developing long-lasting relationships with customers and motivating the team to do the same.

  1. Identify appropriate funding and insurance options for customers, ensuring compliance and fairness.
  2. Understand all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to provide accurate information during vehicle sales.
  3. Monitor finance and insurance performance against expectations, maintaining a compliant sales process.
  4. Coach and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  5. Assist management in planning, forecasting, and revising dealership plans.
  6. Acquire comprehensive product knowledge to answer customer queries and monitor activity outcomes.

To succeed in this role, you should have management experience within the automotive sector, a proven track record in coaching and developing sales teams, and a passion for delivering excellent customer care. Experience in monitoring financial performance and understanding financial and insurance regulations is essential. You should be well-organized, process-oriented, and hands-on. A full UK driving licence is required.
