The role
As a Business Management Systems Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll engage with stakeholders across various business units and organisational levels, ensuring timely management of the Business Management System (BMS).
Collaboration is key, with opportunities to draw on expertise from the Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Function and the broader business.
Day-to-day, you’ll consolidate and create SHE BMS documentation, ensuring legal and contractual compliance while engaging extensively with stakeholders across all organizational levels, and balancing office-based tasks with site visits to industrial, construction, and infrastructure environments.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
