Austin Rose is hiring a Business Management Manager to lead high-profile client portfolios in music, film, TV, and entertainment, overseeing tour accounting, international tax compliance, and end-to-end financial management for top talent.

The role offers hybrid working options with 2–3 days from home, a chance to supervise bookkeepers, and to drive key financial processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, managers, tour managers, booking agents, and banks.
• Supervise, review, and mentor bookkeepers, allocating resources, managing email flows, and conducting annual appraisals.
• Oversee tour accounting, including withholding taxes (FEU, CWA, A1 certificates), show settlements, and budget vs actual analysis.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, VAT return approvals, supplier bill payments, and quarterly corporation tax provisions.
• Prepare timely management commission statements and complete annual insurance and force majeure risk reviews.
• Oversee QuickBooks chart of accounts setup, class structures, intercompany reconciliations, and basic year-end accounts files.
