Responsibilities / Programme structure

Our 27-month rotational Business Management Graduate programme will give you unrivalled exposure to different parts of the business, learning what we do, and how we deliver for our customers. You will build on your motivation and natural skills, learning new ones along the way, with the chance to meet new people and make great connections. You will build a strong understanding of our business and how we deliver for our customers when they need us most, supported by a large network across the UK. You can expect to work on claims, underwriting, risk assessment, delivering reports to stakeholders, driving operational excellence, and potentially managing a team. You will oversee projects that deliver value to our business and customers, developing the commercial and technical know-how to set you on a course to be a future leader. You will need drive and enthusiasm to develop an understanding of our business, with strong teamwork, communication, organisational and influencing skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Be prepared to step outside your comfort zone to deliver for our customers and colleagues.

Entry Requirements
  • You must recently have achieved (within the last three years) or be on track to receive a minimum 2:1 degree from your bachelor''s or equivalent
  • At least 96 UCAS points from 3 A-Level subjects (or equivalent)
  • A*-C in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent)
  • You must have an indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK. We cannot accept sponsorship applicants. You must have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years to apply.
