You will collaborate with regional and global business managers across the Spread franchise and other functions such as Legal & Compliance, Business Controls Office (BCO), Planning & Analysis (P&A), Controllers/Finance, Operations, and Technology to define and advance the business agenda.

  7. Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables; assist in driving action plans within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework.
  8. Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategic sessions.
  9. Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration platforms like SharePoint.
  10. Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers to simplify, improve, and add value to existing processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  2. Experience in Business Management or COO roles.
  3. Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reports timely, with attention to detail and focus on design excellence.
  4. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups and drive agendas.
  5. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
