Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with current certification or working towards teaching qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality business lessons across topics such as management, marketing, finance and entrepreneurship.
• Plan, prepare, and develop course materials and assessments aligned with curriculum and industry standards.
• Support students with feedback, pastoral care and career guidance.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and achievement per college policy.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to enhance content and practice.
• Stay up to date with business education trends to ensure curriculum relevance.
• Contribute to quality assurance, course reviews and accreditation activities.
• Participate in departmental meetings, staff development and college events.
• Undertake tutorials and related administrative tasks; promote welfare of learners.
