Our client seeks a passionate and dedicated individual to join their expanding Business team as a Lecturer in Business, delivering to Level 2 and Level 3 students. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established department during a period of growth and to contribute to an exceptional student experience.

Based in Cambridge, this role involves planning and delivering engaging, inclusive Business lessons at Level 2 and Level 3, as well as providing tutorial and pastoral support to students. You will help learners develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours needed for further education or employment.

What We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and professional experience, including those transitioning into teaching. The following attributes are desirable but not mandatory:

Experience:

• Proven experience delivering high-quality teaching and learning in a post-16 environment
• A record of supporting students to achieve excellent academic outcomes
• Experience as a personal tutor or providing tutorial support (desirable)
• Familiarity with various assessment methods tailored to different learning needs

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills to engage diverse audiences
• Collaborative team player with a flexible, reflective approach
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Dedicated to student success with an inclusive, supportive mindset

Qualifications:

• A Level 5 teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one
• A relevant qualification in Business or substantial industry experience
