Job Description:

Financial are working alongside a bank based in the City of London. They are seeking a Business KYC/Compliance Support Analyst to work on a contract. Your role involves supporting the Team Lead in client onboarding, periodic reviews, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence reviews on clients as assigned.
• Perform media searches and escalate adverse findings.
• Identify and escalate client information gaps.
• Prepare documentation for onboarding and reviews.
• Complete tasks diligently and on schedule.
• Participate in meetings, identify process improvements.
• Escalate concerns and queries.
• Classify and protect sensitive information.
• Coordinate data impact assessments with DPO.
• Escalate data breaches and Subject Access Requests.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree educated.
• ICA Certificate desired.
• Experience in AML and KYC reviews within banking/financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations, AML, and financial crime requirements.
• Fluent in English; French skills advantageous.
