The Role

We are looking for a Business & Investor Relations Analyst to join our team. This full time role gives you the opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing brands in the Snowsports industry.

As a member of the Finance & Business Operations team you will join a fast-paced, international environment and will gain experience in various aspects of Investor Relations, Capitalization and Business & Finance Operations.

Responsibilities

Investor Relations

  • Maintain the shareholder CRM
  • Manage records of key elements of capital structure, including share classes, capital closes, conditional capital, nominee structures & funds
  • Ensure the company share register is accurate, complete and in full agreement with company Articles of Association
  • Maintain excellent professional relationships with all shareholders, nominee structure partners, notaries & other connected stakeholders
  • Support business capitalisation & assist with fundraising activities
  • Drive key admin projects to refine and simplify the company shareholding structure
  • Manage AML process of all shareholders using external partner
  • Collate and present a monthly summary of all business functions to senior management and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market and industry analysis to aid business development
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis for CEO, CFO and wider finance team as needed

Reporting and Analytics

  • Run sales reporting models using Excel and Power Query
  • Monitor data to ensure an accurate, comprehensive and user-friendly source of information and suggest ideas for improvement
  • Put forward additional uses of company data to enhance the decision-making process

Requirements

Who you are

We're looking for a highly organised, accurate and goal driven individual who is used to working in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking on new challenges.

You have strong communication skills and can communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external - both verbally and in writing.

You have a high attention to detail and consistently demonstrate accuracy in your work. You are able to spot a numerical error a mile off and are able to work though unfamiliar data sets with ease.

You are commercially minded, able to understand industry, markets and economic trends, are familiar with business and organisational concepts and can relate that understanding to the strategy and operations of our business.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Consulting, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills, Power Query / Coding is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Superb attention to detail
  • A systematic and organised approach to working
