Role Overview

As a Business Intelligence & Visualisation Analyst, you will support dashboarding, reporting, and campaign measurement to inform decision-making in digital analytics and retail media. You will collaborate with marketing, digital product, and commercial teams to deliver data-driven insights via dashboards and deep-dive analyses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Looker to monitor performance across various analytics domains.
  • Work with large datasets, collaborate with data engineering to optimize data models and pipelines.
  • Support self-serve analytics for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data governance, consistency, and accuracy across reports.
  • Enhance campaign measurement to optimize ROI and provide performance summaries.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Present insights to senior stakeholders, translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Promote a data-driven culture and provide training as needed.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Looker, and SQL (Snowflake, BigQuery or similar).
  • Proven experience in BI, analytics, or data visualization roles within eCommerce, Retail, FMCG, or Retail Media sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
