NHS Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshireand Berkshire West Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB) is the statutory NHSorganisation responsible for planning and delivering health and care servicesfor the communities of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West.

The All Age Complex &Continuing Care Service (AACCC) are looking for a conscientious individual tojoin our team in one of our three bases in Oxford, Reading or High Wycombe.

Main duties of the job

The postholder will provide the function of data integrity and support of all datasystems within the AACCC Service. Thepost will be required to deliver analysis reports, efficiency reports alongwith surveys and audits within the team.This role will also be supporting the delivery of the NHS Englandreports along with any ad hoc reports required. Working within an integratedlocality team within AACCC to assist in delivering every element of providing acomprehensive data set to inform strategic modernisation and serviceimprovement.

Withinthis role will be the management of the invoicing team to ensure that invoicesand queries are managed in a time manner to ensure providers are paid accordingto our financial timeframes.

The post holder will be requiredto liaise with external stakeholders, NHSE, internal colleagues and a widevariety of other NHS ICBs, Local authorities, Care Providers.

Providehigh quality reports on business performance, including complex information andanalysis.

Beresponsible for all reporting to NHS England and other organisations asrequired as part of the ICBs statutory responsibilities.

Ensureall reporting systems are efficient and fit for purpose and advise on changesand improvements as required.

Be a keymember of the business management, intelligence and service improvement team andsupport effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally andexternally.

Work with members of the team to develop andimplement project data collection systems that will provide accurate and timelydata.

  • Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area.
