A leading national utilities provider is seeking a talented Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst to join their collaborative, forward-thinking team. This organisation has been driving innovation for over 30 years and is committed to helping the UK reach net zero, while creating a supportive environment where people can thrive.

In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to review and optimise existing manual reports, transform data into actionable insights, and design engaging data visualisations. You'll be instrumental in streamlining reporting processes, improving data accuracy, and enabling data-driven decision-making that boosts efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysing current reporting workflows and proposing practical improvements
  • Cleansing, mapping, and structuring large data sets
  • Collaborating with developers to deliver automated reporting solutions
  • Acting as a change champion for lean, simplified processes

You'll need strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, charts), experience with Power BI, and the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.

In return, you'll enjoy a competitive package including generous holidays, enhanced pension contributions, hybrid working, and professional development opportunities.
