Job Description:

We’re working with a forward-thinking housing organisation that’s looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join on an interim basis and take ownership of their business intelligence and reporting function.

This is a key role focused on driving data integrity, supporting strategic planning, and improving how performance is tracked, reported, and acted upon. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who enjoys both the detail and the bigger picture.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Leading performance reporting across the organisation – creating dashboards, reports, and insights that drive decision-making.
2. Overseeing Power BI development – including modelling, visualisation, and end-user support.
3. Aligning performance metrics with business plans and strategic objectives.
4. Managing one direct report and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
5. Supporting customer satisfaction survey design, analysis and reporting.
6. Working with data protection and IT teams to ensure compliance with GDPR and robust data governance.
7. Providing performance reports for board and committee meetings.

What we’re looking for:

1. Proven experience in a BI, Performance or Data Manager role.
2. Strong technical skills with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
3. Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
4. Comfortable working in a regulated, service-driven environment – housing sector experience is a strong advantage.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is an initial 3 month contract, with the potential for extension and we’re looking for someone available for an immediate start.
