I'm currently hiring for a Business Intelligence Manager to join an innovative and globally recognized, award-winning organisation.

This role sits within the People Team, focusing on HR/People data.

You will work closely with stakeholders to turn insights into actionable initiatives across the business.

You will report to the Head of BI and manage 2 direct reports.

At this level, you will not only analyze data but also guide the strategy!

Who we're looking for?

• Experience building reports in PowerBI (both front end and back end)
• Ability to pull data and create reports from HR systems
• Experience with data visualization
• Ability to successfully line manage 2 analysts
