£70k | Hybrid - 2 days a week on-site in Leeds or Manchester

I'm currently hiring for a Business Intelligence Manager to join an innovative and globally recognized, award-winning organisation.

This role sits within the People Team, focusing on HR/People data.

You will work closely with stakeholders to turn insights into actionable, positive initiatives across the business.

You will report to the Head of BI and manage 2 direct reports.

At this level, you will not only analyze data but also guide the strategy!

Who they're looking for?

Someone who can build reports in PowerBI (both front end and back end)

Ability to pull data and create reports from HR systems

Experience with data visualization

Ability to successfully line manage 2 analysts

• Salary up to £70k (dependent on experience)
