Business Intelligence Manager / HR Systems PowerBI Workday / £60k + Bonus / Hybrid Leeds or Manchester 2 days per week

The Role:

• Manage the existing team of two and report to the Head of BI, supporting the team in deriving key insights from Employee, HR, and DE&I data.
• Be an expert on Workday, overseeing teams that have used this or similar systems for analysis.
• Lead the design and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility in daily analytical activities.
