Business Intelligence Lead - Warrington

As the Lead BI Analyst, you'll be responsible for developing and driving our business intelligence roadmap. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into compelling dashboards, reports, and stories that support strategic decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide both the tools and the team that turn raw data into business gold.

• Lead and mentor a team of BI analysts and developers
• Design, build, and optimize BI dashboards and reporting systems
• Define and enforce data governance and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and KPIs
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights
• Drive the adoption of data tools and self-service analytics across the organization
• Evaluate and implement BI tools, platforms, and technologies

Your Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or a related field
• Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Experience in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's a plus)
