Interpath Advisory is seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Lead to spearhead our business intelligence initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing BI solutions that drive strategic decision-making across the organisation. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop insights from data, and create intuitive dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of business intelligence systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Develop best practices and standards for BI processes and documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to empower them to utilize BI tools effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in business intelligence and data visualization techniques.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.

Essential Requirements:

• BA/MA/BSc/MSc in Mathematics.

• At least 6 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and database management.
• Experience with SQL and data visualisation best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in managing and mentoring a team.

Desirable Criteria:

• A relevant degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
• Experience within a consulting or professional services environment.
