ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our OpenDoor team as a Business Intelligence Executive. This is a full-time position based in London. Responsibilities include running and maintaining existing solutions, improving them by incorporating new features from the Choreograph Measure platform, adding data sources, and deriving new insights to meet evolving business needs.

Your main responsibilities will include ensuring data completeness, correct operation of data collection and models, logging and resolving new requests and issues, and supporting users across 29 markets by understanding their needs and assisting with the reporting tools.

The data processes you will manage support global ROI models, reports, dashboards, and operational tools for agency stakeholders.

  • Help users develop skills and maintain training materials and knowledge bases.
  • Provide first-line support for user queries, triaging and connecting them with experts as needed.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve cross-discipline processes.
