About This Role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer & Analyst to join our London Office on a hybrid basis. You will work with the head of Commercial Operations to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of our commercial, sales, and marketing data within our Revenue Operations team.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, starting ASAP. You will collaborate with team members to build a robust framework for insights and reporting, supporting informed decision-making.

You should bring strong data warehousing skills to enable analysis and actionable insights from a reliable, high-performing platform. An interest in learning about business processes, systems, and underlying data is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Lead data initiatives within a cross-functional team, building scalable data marts and automations.
  • Design and develop data models and visualizations to monitor and forecast key metrics.
  • Manage projects to facilitate seamless business changes.
  • Automate and optimize key business processes in growth areas.
  • Support the adoption of self-service solutions for key metrics across stakeholders.
  • Apply statistical rigor to support business projects and initiatives.
  • Continuously evolve and improve data quality and its integration with key systems.
Skills and Experience

Ideal candidates will have BI development experience, preferably within education technology, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with BI dashboards and self-service tools like Power BI & Tableau.
  • Expertise in Power Platform, Power Automate, PowerApps.
  • Experience in data integration and modeling.
  • Knowledge of data warehouses and cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake.

Additional Information

This hybrid role is based at our London office (Great West Road, Brentford) with some travel required. The salary is up to £53,000 annually, plus benefits.
