WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

We’re looking for a BI Analyst & Developer to design, build, and maintain our reporting and analytics suite. In this hybrid role, you’ll work directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into data solutions, and deliver high-quality insights through interactive dashboards and reports.

You’ll combine strong analytical skills with hands‑on BI development, creating reliable, scalable, and user‑friendly reporting in Power BI and SSRS. By ensuring data quality, consistency, and alignment with governance standards, you’ll play a key role in supporting regulatory reporting, strategic decision‑making, and day‑to‑day operational performance.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with risk, finance, operations, compliance, and the data engineering team, to foster a truly data‑driven culture.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST / DEVELOPER – ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Background in BI, data analysis or BI development
• Expertise in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling) and SSRS
• Strong SQL skills (queries, optimisation, stored procedures, functions)
• Knowledge of relational databases, ETL processes and data warehousing
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering actionable insights
• Familiarity with Azure data services (Synapse, Fabric, Data Factory, SQL DB)
• Strong data visualisation, storytelling and communication skills
