Your responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the architecture, technical development, and training of automated Business Intelligence tools and reporting across CYP recording systems using Power BI.

  3. Developing a self-service approach to performance management across the directorate, including processes, systems, and governance to improve accessibility and interpretation.

The CYP Intelligence Hub comprises analysts, data specialists, and systems experts working across CYP to develop understanding through local reporting, creating tools that support evidence-based service delivery, completing statutory returns, and maintaining key case recording systems with training and support.

Please submit a supporting statement using the provided template, limited to two sides of A4, demonstrating how you meet each criterion in the 'Person Profile'.

  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and analytical packages.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to influence partners and develop policy and practice.
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical and analytical methods.
