The Performance & Business Intelligence Team has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join our team as Business Analytics Manager.

We are a close-knit team and work very collaboratively with our colleagues throughout the organisation and beyond within the wider NHS. You must be passionate about delivering positive change, embrace problem-solving opportunities, and take pride in data quality.
You will be responsible for the production of performance reports, the development of new dashboards in Power BI, overseeing the maintenance and modification of existing dashboards, and creating and running SQL queries to provide data for our operational team, managers, ICB, and NHSE.
Keen data analysis skills and a strong focus on quality will be very useful in this role, as well as the ability to work to deadlines.

This role is hybrid, with a mix of home working and office presence.
The overall purpose of the Performance and Business Intelligence Manager is to identify and support performance improvement and sustainability by developing and managing robust performance management processes. These processes provide the Organisation, its commissioners, and partners with assurance and business intelligence regarding current and future performance.
This includes working with the Head of Performance and Business Intelligence to support the design of specific corporate projects and to develop our overall corporate assurance process, utilising organisational, interpersonal, and project management skills, as well as managing the testing and implementation of resulting systems.

The role requires leadership, coordination, information analysis, time management, and the ability to produce clear, concise reports. It also involves implementing the overarching Performance and Business Intelligence Strategy with agile and creative solutions.
