Main Duties of the Role:

1. Data Collection, Analysis and Reporting: Develop and implement structured data collection processes to support business intelligence and reporting needs. Provide timely and accurate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). Produce routine and ad-hoc performance reports for internal and external stakeholders to support contract and KPI compliance. Design and develop dashboards using Power BI.
2. SQL Database Management & Querying: Write, optimize, and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from relational databases. Design and implement improvement measures and reporting mechanisms to support organizational decision-making. Support colleagues and project teams in data collection, reporting, and analysis.
3. Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Assist in developing forecasts and predictive models where appropriate.
4. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data sources, metrics, reports, and dashboards.
5. Data Integrity and Quality: Oversee data quality checks, resolve data quality issues, and implement quality control measures. Support compliance with Quality Audit reports.
