Job Description:

Business Intelligence Analyst – Finance

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 consumer electronics brand with a worldwide presence. You will play a vital role in understanding and driving business decisions using intelligence data and insight.

What You’ll Do:

1. Design and develop BI solutions (dashboards, reports, KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
2. Analyze financial performance, comparing against KPIs and industry benchmarks.
3. Provide insights to optimize revenue and operational efficiency, working closely with finance teams.
4. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with data-driven analysis.
5. Collaborate on forecasting and financial modelling, improving accuracy and reporting.
6. Enhance self-serve analytics capabilities, training teams on BI tools and best practices.
7. Work with large data sets, conducting deep dives to uncover actionable insights.

What You Bring:

1. 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or finance (media/advertising/TV industry experience is a plus).
2. Proven ability to work with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (DOMO, Tableau, Power BI).
3. Experience with data modelling, reporting, and database management.
4. Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Operative.One or statistical analysis tools.
