Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description Summary

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be part of the EMEA Innovation team with primary focus of the UK&I business during your 12 month FTC. You’ll be working with tools like SQL Server and Power BI to develop impactful dashboards and reports. Your role will involve gathering requirements, designing insight products, and translating data into meaningful narratives that support key business decisions. Beyond data analysis, you'll support and collaborate with key stakeholders and client-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing BI solutions using tools like SQL Server and Power BI.
  2. Gathering requirements and structuring analytical approaches to solve business problems.
  3. Designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to effectively communicate key business insights.
  4. Extracting, transforming, and loading data from several sources into Power BI.
  5. Building and maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure effective and efficient working.
  6. Presenting BI solutions to key stakeholders and clients.

Key Requirements:

  1. Fluent English essential. Good command of other European languages is an advantage.
  2. Expertise in visual software packages such as Power BI.
  3. Advanced SQL proficiency and experience with data modeling.
  4. Experience in developing new products and toolsets.
  5. Ability to communicate complex data concepts in a simple, understandable way.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
