Location: London Hybrid (1 day/week in office)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive + Benefits + Equity Options

A high-growth insurtech unicorn is transforming motor insurance by making it fairer, smarter, and more accessible through technology and data. Backed by over $200M in funding and with millions of policies sold, this scale-up is reshaping the industry, and they’re just getting started.

They’re now looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their data team and help power smarter decisions across the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who’s ready to level up and make a visible impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reporting & Dashboards: Build and enhance self-serve dashboards and recurring reports across business functions (marketing, operations, finance, product).
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide actionable insights from customer behavior to operational performance through data deep dives.
  • Data Collaboration: Work alongside data and analytics engineers to ensure clean, usable, well-documented datasets.
  • Stakeholder Support: Partner with teams across the business, training them to better understand and self-serve with data.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and increase analytical impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • Some experience in a BI, analytics, or data-focused role, or demonstrable analytical strength from projects, internships, or academic work.
  • Solid SQL skills and familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and a knack for storytelling with data.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and using AI or automation to improve workflows and insights.

Why join?

This is a career-defining opportunity to be part of a dynamic and inclusive team in one of Europe’s leading insurtech unicorns. You’ll enjoy flexible hybrid working, generous benefits, share options, and the freedom to grow in an environment that celebrates innovation and autonomy.
