Business Integration Project Manager

Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a background in business integration?

Do you have a proven track record of streamlining and merging complex supply chains?

Are you available for a long-term contract?

MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading wholesaler on the search for Business Integration project manager. This is a FTC (18 Months) role based in West Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end integration of acquired business operations into the existing wholesale structure, focusing on systems, processes, and organisational culture.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define integration strategy, milestones, and key success metrics.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams including supply chain, IT, operations, HR, and finance to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
  • Oversee the alignment of supply chain systems and processes, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
  • Identify and resolve integration issues, dependencies, and change impacts.
  • Champion cultural integration and effective communication across the businesses.
  • Report progress to leadership and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in leading business integration projects, ideally in the wholesale, distribution, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and systems integration.
  • Demonstrable experience in aligning business processes and managing cultural change during mergers or acquisitions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with a structured approach (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, or similar).
  • Comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

18 month FTC - Salary - Circa £70k + benefits.
