A global workforce solutions firm is seeking a Business Insights and Change Analyst for a 6-month contract in London or Edinburgh. The role focuses on customer segmentation initiatives and supports various business activities, including reporting and stakeholder engagement. Ideal candidates will have a Financial Services background and strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel. This position allows for a hybrid work model.

Our client, a major UK retail bank, provides every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking.
On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Business Insights and Change Analyst for a 6 month contract based in London or Edinburgh, 2 times per week in the office.
Purpose of the Role:
This role involves supporting the delivery of Pan-Bank Customer Segmentation initiatives, which are critical to enabling strategic transformation across the organisation. In addition, the role supports ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) activities such as performance reporting, brand tracking, target-setting, and campaign evaluation.
