Accord Healthcare is seeking a Business Insights Analyst (Speciality Brands) to provide cross-functional support and insights. Based in Stockley Park, West London, you will analyse market trends and patient data to drive strategies and improve product performance.

You will develop dashboards and reports, support BI systems, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to deliver data-driven recommendations. A strong analytics background in pharma/healthcare is essential.

Qualifications

The Role

As a Business Insight Analyst, you will play a crucial role providing cross functional support and insights to the business. As a member of our Portfolio and Business Information Team, you will be working alongside our Speciality Brands Team analysing market trends, patient data, and competitive landscapes to provide utilising quantitative and qualitative methods to produce actionable insights that drive our business strategies. Your analytical expertise will support optimising product performance and enhancing market understanding and reach. You will also be supporting BI systems and deliverables with data management and reporting.

• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the pharmaceutical landscape in relation to Accords Speciality Brands.
• Analyse sales data, market share, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to develop insights that support product launches and ongoing marketing strategies.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.
• Support the development of commercial insight, institutional knowledge and forecasting models to aid strategic planning and targeting potential.
• Effectively and compliantly manage market research projects (DFU’s, message testing, behavioural and attitudinal segmentation, patient record data, CLM analysis etc) to provide additional insights and improvements to support the business.
• Data management and reporting, SvT tracking and analysis.

The Person

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven background in a similar position or industry.
• Experience in business analysis, market research, or data analytics within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• High Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) and statistical software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Message testing, behavioral and attitudinal segmentation, patient record data, CLM analysis
