The Opportunity

Join the EMEA Sales Operations and Business Insights team to provide tailored insights and advanced reporting for EMEA Leadership team, Regional Sales Operation and EMEA GTM Strategy teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution. You’ll bring strong analytical and reporting skills to understand business needs and translate them into impactful reporting, dashboards, and insights that complements global BI assets.

What You’ll Do

  • Strong understanding of pipeline processes and Sales performance management, with ability to run analysis and drive review cadences.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Bi reports that provide actionable insights to business collaborators.
  • Automate data workflows and reporting processes using Power Automate, Power Query, or other scripting tools.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partner Operations, Finance, and Product Ops to drive operational excellence and standardization across the business.
  • Assess new data sources and analytics methods to enhance business analytics impact. Collaborate with Global BI and governance teams to operationalize and adopt new enhancements.
  • Support fiscal year planning processes such as segmentation, territory setting, target setting, and conduct analysis to inform a range of GTM strategies.
  • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies, crafting scalable solutions that improve business flow and empower sales teams.
  • Champion data integrity and governance, ensuring insights are reliable, timely, and aligned with Adobe’s strategic objectives.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Insights, or a related analytics role.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Data Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experienced in building and automating dashboards and processes, including integrating data from multiple sources.
  • Proven experience with Power BI including DAX, and report publishing.
  • Strong understanding of data integration techniques and tools.
  • Experience with automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, especially in the context of business analytics, AI agents and Prompt engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, SFDC, Clari, Adobe Express, and Firefly is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
